Fate of MPs who don`t submit a financial report to be as follows – Details

September 17, Fineko/abc.az. The Draft Regulation of the Disciplinary Commission has been discussed at today's meeting of the Parliamentary Committee on Legal Policy & State Building and recommended for plenary session of the Milli Majlis autumn session.

ABC.AZ reports that this was informed by Committee’s member Erkin Gadirli.

He noted that along with other points, the Draft Regulation stipulates an obligation for MPs to submit a financial report.

"If this draft document is passed, disciplinary proceedings may be initiated against MP who don’t submit a financial report," he emphasized.
