Georgia reports growth on rate of COVID-19 patients – 193 new infected

September 21, Fineko/abc.az. Georgia observes again the growth in the number of coronavirus-infected people.

ABC.AZ reports that this was informed by Marina Ezugbaia, the medical director of the Hospital for Infectious Diseases.

She noted that over the past 24 hours 193 new infections were registered across the country. 40 patients receiving treatment for this virus were cured.

Thus, the total number of people diagnosed with coronavirus in the country has reached 3,695.

Of them, 1,534 people fully recovered. A total of 20 people have died from the virus. Currently, 4,988 people are quarantined in the country, and 836 people are under stationary control.
