Georgia detects COVID-19 in 218 people over the past day

September 22, Fineko/abc.az. The number of people infected with the virus is growing again in Georgia.

ABC.AZ informs that this was reported by the Georgian hospital of infectious diseases. According to the hospital, the country has registered 218 new infections over the past 24 hours.

40 people out of the patients receiving treatment for this virus have recovered. Thus, the total number of people diagnosed with coronavirus in the country has reached 3,913.

Of them, 1,574 people fully recovered. A total of 22 people have died from the virus.
