Anti-Pandemic Fund to cover part of money for vaccine

September 23, Fineko/abc.az. Part of the total cost of the vaccine to be purchased by Azerbaijan will be paid by the COVID-19 Anti-Epidemic Fund

ABC.AZ reports that this was announced by TƏBIB chairman of board Ramin Bayramli.

He noted that on 18 September 2020 an agreement was signed between the State Agency for Mandatory Health Insurance and the GAVI (Global Alliance for Vaccines) organization.

Under the agreement, when producing a vaccine approved by WHO and meeting the requirements, Azerbaijan, along with other member countries of the organization, will be provided with an approved vaccine.
