Record rate on COVID-19 infection in Georgia – Number of cases approaches to 300

September 28, Fineko/abc.az. Georgia has again seen an increase in the number of people infected with the virus.

ABC.AZ reports that 298 new infections have been registered throughout the country in the past 24 hours.

148 people out of the patients receiving treatment for this virus have recovered. Thus, the total number of people diagnosed with coronavirus in the country has reached 5,552.

Of them, 2,054 people fully recovered. A total of 31 people have died from the virus. Currently, 836 people are quarantined in the country, and 5,650 are under stationary control.
