February 7, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani silk producer company Şəki Ipək has developed the measures to compensate for the seasonal decline in its sales.

Company’s chair Nizami Garibov has stated that silk is sold mainly in the summer.

"In winter, the sale of silk falls much. We intend to start production of cotton and wool to compensate for this process, but for that we need subsidies, in particular for modernization of the existing equipment facilities," Garibov said.
