October 26, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev addressed the Azerbaijani people.

ABC.AZ reports that the head of state noted that the co-chair countries of the Minsk Group, established in 1992, after a certain time concentrated all the powers in their hands.

Then the president continued: "They have effectively monopolized this issue. The Minsk Group was effectively paralyzed, and three countries started to deal with this issue. But was there a result from this? For us, there was no result.

The result was for Armenia. Armenia wanted precisely this result, so that negotiations would be constantly held and we would be constantly deceived. Where is the Minsk Group's activity? Can it put pressure on the invader? No. Do they want to apply pressure? No!"
