ABC.AZ reports that the relevant statement was made by Ramil Usubov, secretary of the Security Council under the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration, in an interview for newspaper “Azerbaijan”.

He noted that the preliminary results of the decisive operations carried out by Azerbaijani army under the leadership of the president are very successful, and the military successes achieved so far create full confidence that the final result will be even more impressive.

According to Usubov, counter-offensives started by the Azerbaijani Army from 27 September, accompanied by significant victories in short terms, has become a real patriotic war:

"Historical justice, not achieved as a result of negotiations for 28 years, has been restored for a short time thanks to the heroism of the armed forces of Azerbaijan under the leadership of Supreme Commander Ilham Aliyev, and this process surely continues."
