ABC.AZ reports that the relevant statement was made by Secretary of the Security Council Ramil Usubov in an interview for newspaper ‘Azerbaijan’.

Usubov focused on some nuances, although he did not talk in detail about the work done over the years: "I do not see the need to talk about the details of the work done over 17 years, to disclose the details of the process. Some of them are confidential, and some of them are known to the people - everything happened in front of everyone.
