Expert about current cost of apartments in Baku

November 5, Fineko/abc.az. Prices on the secondary housing market in Baku increased by 1.81% versus September 2019, ABC.AZ reports citing real estate expert Nusrat Ibrahimov.

In September the price per sq m in the secondary housing market was 1,739 manats. In the primary housing market the prices decreased by 1.28% compared to September last year and amounted to 1,316 manats per sq m.
