Cost of land plots rises, but there is a fall on rent

November 5, Fineko/abc.az. The price of land plots increased by 12.46% in September (versus September 2019), ABC.AZ reports, citing real estate expert Nusrat Ibragimov.

He noted that the market for garden homes and private houses recorded a decrease of 9.85% compared with September of last year. This September, rental properties fell in price by 7.69% compared with the same term of 2019.
