November 11, Fineko/abc.az. They intended to resettle Armenians from abroad to Shusha.

ABC.AZ reports that this was stated by President and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces Ilham Aliyev at a meeting with servicemen wounded in the battles for Karabakh.

The head of state noted that as a result of the construction of new roads and communications, they wanted to speed up settlement, especially in the areas located along the Araz river: "Due to the financial and political support of Armenians living abroad, municipalities in several countries have already decided to recognize the "Nagorno-Karabakh Republic". All this shows that they believed that by doing so they would legitimize the occupation and achieve success in promoting the self-proclaimed criminal structure. When we saw that they were simply deceiving us, trying to insult us, desecrate our holy places, we said our word, and I did not hide it. Over the entire 17-year period, I have said that if this issue is not resolved peacefully, we will resolve it militarily. I still hold the same opinion today."
