Ilham Aliyev: A lot of calls asking to stop received

November 11, Fineko/abc.az. During these 44 days of war, I received a lot of calls with stop signals, ABC.AZ reports citing President Ilham Aliyev as saying this at a meeting with servicemen wounded in the battle for Karabakh.

"I said that I set a condition for the enemy to leave our land. We will stop if there is a statement about withdrawal from our lands. Provide a timetable for the withdrawal of troops, and we will stop. But the enemy believed that they could prevent our successful offensive," President Aliyev said.
