November 20, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev congratulated the Azerbaijani people on the liberation of Aghdam.

ABC.AZ reports that the head of state also touched upon some important points.

He noted that funds have been allocated from the Presidential Reserve Fund for construction of a road from Fuzuli to Shusha, and additional money will be financed next year.

"I gave instructions to attract several companies to lay the road quickly without wasting time. Previously, the road to Shusha passed along the Aghdam-Khankendi road. Now temporarily this is not the case. According to the statement signed on 10 November, all communications will be restored. The Agdam-Khankendi-Shusha road will be opened in a certain time," the president stated.
