Another change made by a presidential decree

November 23, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on the amendments to the Regulation on the electronic mortgage and credit guarantees system.

ABC.AZ reports that in compliance with the decree the list of information transmitted to the electronic system with the provision of guarantees for business loans and interest subsidies, added another information – about the relevant supporting documents, when an entrepreneur who received a document on investment incentives or paid for an incentive to export in the current year, applies for loans allocated in the relevant area of economic activity in which investment is carried out.
