MIDA sold housing using ICGF mortgage loans

November 30, Fineko/abc.az. MIDA sold 70% of the housing using loans from the Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund (ICGF).

ABC.AZ reports that this was announced at an online meeting by ICGF deputy chairman Rahman Gummetov.

Noting that currently the Fund's functions are performed in two directions, Gummetov added that one of them is to provide the population with living space.

"In this direction, there are apartment sales through renting, mortgage loans and sale of apartments through MIDA. The second direction is providing guarantees and subsidies to business entities. Just last month guarantees and subsidies for totally AZN 60 million were provided," Gummetov said.
