President has signed decree on Azerbaijani Industrial Corporation

December 3, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has amended the decree from 4 December 2017 “On additional measures to ensure the activities of Azerbaijan Industrial Corporation”.

ABC.AZ reports that according to the new decree signed by the head of state, the Cabinet Ministers is instructed to ensure the transfer of ownership (balance, use) of state bodies (structures), as well as non-commercial legal entities of property that non-bank credit organization Agrarkredit will receive in exchange for problem assets (debts) of the International Bank of Azerbaijan.
