January 18, Fineko/abc.az. The road to the city of Shusha will be built to bypass large settlements, as well as the famous Topkhana forest.

ABC.AZ was informed at the State Motor Road Agency of Azerbaijan that the length of the road will be reduced by 17 km to 84.6 km due to bridges and tunnels to be built in areas with difficult terrain.

According to preliminary estimates, the total length of the tunnels to be built will be about 3 km. In addition, the construction of road interchanges of various levels is planned along the route. A two-lane service road along the 101.5 km highway to the city of Shusha has been put into operation.

A plot of land has been expanded, a roadbed and a road base have been built along the road on this two-lane-wide section.
