SOCAR suspends work on open sections of platforms

January 21, Fineko/abc.az. The Azerbaijan State Oil Company (SOCAR) has suspended work on open platforms due to weather conditions.

ABC.AZ reports that this was announced by Ibrahim Akhmedov, deputy head of the SOCAR Event Organizing & Public Relations Department.

"Due to the weather conditions, security measures have been strengthened, and work on the open areas of the platforms has been suspended," he said.
