Azerbaijani President starts visit to Mingachevir

February 27, Fineko/abc.az. The Azerbaijani President has started his visit to Mingachevir.

President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva laid a wreath at the monument of National Leader of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev.

The head of the Mingachevir City Executive Power Niyazi Bayramov informed the head of state about landscaping works carried out in the city.
