Coverage of the Public Internet Project is under expansion at the initiative of the Ministry of Transport, Communications & High Technologies of Azerbaijan.

MTCHT Baku Telephone Communications Company (Baktelecom) informs that free Wi-Fi Internet access will be installed in the Izmir and Narimanov parks.

Work on the installation of free Internet access has been carried out within the Public Internet Project since March of the year. Free Internet has already been installed in the Dada Gorgud Park, the Huseyn Javid Park, in the territory of Primorsky Boulevard, near the State Flag Square, the State Historical-Architectural Reserve ‘Icherisheher’, in the park of the Heydar Aliyev Center, parks Sahil, Sabir, Khagani, Akhundov, in the Winter Boulevard Park and Officers’ Park, parks named after poet Samed Vurgun and Mugan Baglary.
