February 5, Fineko/abc.az. 237,450 property facilities were registered in Azerbaijan in 2020.

Of them, 63,247 (26.6%) account for primary registration and 174,203 (73.4%) for repeated registration.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Ministry of Economy that out of real estate, for which the right of ownership was registered, there are 35,775 private houses and cottages, 74,533 apartments, 118,534 land plots, 2,543 non-residential buildings, 5,368 non-residential plots, 637 property complexes, 59 multi-storey residential buildings, 1 perennial plant.

Among the facilities of primary registration, 36,682 ones account for Baku and 26,565 ones for districts of the country.

The primary state registration of ownership of 34,061 apartments was carried out in 2020. Compared with 2019, the number of apartments with registered primary rights, increased by 7.8%.
