199,637 real estate facilities subjected to technical inventory

February 5, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan registered 237,450 property facilities for the past year.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Ministry of Economy that technical inventory was carried out in 2020 and technical passports were drawn up on 199,637 real estate objects.

In addition, 262,939 certificates (Form-1) were issued to legal entities and individuals on the description of immovable property, the rights registered in the state register for this property, and on their restriction (encumbrance).

In 2020, 32,693 mortgage contracts were registered.
