Oil falls in price, and Brent is at $64.95 a barrel

February 24, Fineko/abc.az. Oil prices are lowering in Wednesday’s trading amid the data of the growth of stocks in the U.S.

According to the American Petroleum Institute, oil reserves in the U.S. increased by 1.03 million barrels last week.

By 9:22 am, in the trading at the London ICE Futures Exchange the price of April’s Brent crude oil futures decreased by $0.42 (0.65%) to $64.95 per barrel.

At the end of trading on 23 February the Brent futures for April increased in price by $0.13 (0.2%) up to $65.37 per barrel.

By 9:22 am, at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) the price of April’s WTI crude futures fell $0.62 (1.02%) to $61.05 per barrel. At the end of trading on 23 February the WTI futures for April fell by $0.03(0.05%) to $61.67 per barrel.
