Azerbaijan purchased 9 locomotives last year

February 24, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan bought locomotives for totally $60.72 million in 2020, ABC.AZ reports with reference to a government source.

"In 2020, Azerbaijan purchased nine railway locomotives. All of them were bought in Kazakhstan," the source said.

In 2019, Azerbaijan purchased 17 locomotives for a total of $101.498 million.

Locomotives were delivered from France (8 locomotives for $43.274 million) and Kazakhstan (9 locomotives for $58.224 million).
