Procedure for evaluating performance of a civil servant approved


April 8, Fineko/abc.az. The Cabinet Ministers has endorsed the Procedure for evaluating the performance of a civil servant.

ABC.AZ reports that in this regard, Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a decree.

According to the decision, in order to monitor the current activities of a civil servant, his official performance will be evaluated at the end of each calendar year.

The purpose of evaluating the performance of a civil servant is to assess the performance of his/her official duties during the year, to meet the requirements for the position, to disclose his/her potential opportunities and to effectively use these opportunities, to stimulate the improvement of the professional competence of a civil servant and to determine his/her further development.
