Preferential apartments to be built in Lankaran – land to be allotted

April 12, Fineko/abc.az. In March 2021, a land plot of 1.5 hectares in the city of Lankaran and 2 hectares in the city of Sumgait were transferred to the State Housing Construction Agency (MIDA) for the purpose of implementing the construction of preferential housing.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the MIDA that over the past period the Agency was allotted 11.6 hectares in Yasamal district of Baku in 2016, 20 hectares in Surakhan district and 15.4 hectares in Yasamal district in 2017, 0.75 hectares in Sumgait in early 2019, 6.23 hectares in Ganja in June, and 23.25 hectares in Surakhan district in 2020.
