Salary card rate in Azerbaijan grew by 185,000 cards for 2020

April 22, Fineko/abc.az. The quantity of social cards increased by 1.6 million for the past year.

ABC.AZ informs that the number of salary cards grew by 185,000 cards, other debit cards by 424,000 ones and credit cards by 296,000 ones.

In 2020, the issuance of new agricultural cards, cards for receiving lump-sum social benefits (190 manats), compensation to depositors of closed banks and registration of jobs led to a significant increase in the number of cards.
