March 13, Fineko/abc.az. The National Depository Center (NDC) has held an extraordinary meeting of the Supervisory Board.

The NDC reports that new composition of the Supervisory Board has been formed at the meeting.

"Javid Nazarov (FIMSA) was elected chairman of the Supervisory Board. Among the elected members of the Supervisory Board are Muhammad Hasanli (FIMSA), Orhan Bagirov (Invest-Az), Tural Bayramov (Xalq Kapital) and Bahruz Naghiyev (PASHA Bank)," the NDC informed.

The meeting participants also discussed the current and future challenges. Besides, questions of deepening the NDC securities market, solution of legal and technical issues for integration into foreign depositories were discussed and main directions of activity outlined.
