Over AZN 640 million compensated to depositors of 4 closed banks

May 3, Fineko/abc.az. The Azerbaijan Deposit Insurance Fund of Azerbaijan (ADIF) has so far paid compensations in the total amount of AZN 641.449 million to 24,700 insured depositors of Atabank, Amrah Bank, AGBank and NBC Bank, at which it is the liquidator.

ABC.AZ reports that 9,800 depositors of Atabank received AZN 246.8 million, 5,800 depositors of Amrah Bank – AZN 140 million, 4,800 depositors of AGBank – AZN 121 million, and 4,200 depositors of NBC Bank – AZN 133 million.
