April 9, Fineko/abc.az. In connection with the 2018 Formula 1 Grand Prix of Azerbaijan to be held in Baku, traffic for motor transport in a number of central roads will be restricted starting from 25 April.

Nigar Arpadarai, the head of the Baku City Circuit Marketing & Communications Department, said that in connection with the upcoming concerts at Cristal Hall, traffic from Azneft Circle to the State Flag Square will be limited.

"Only motor vehicles with permits will be admitted to the territory. Also, from 25 April to 1 May the entrance to the boulevard and the section from the Maritime Terminal to the Azneft Circle will be closed. Only spectators with tickets will be admitted to the territory from 1 pm on 26 April,” Arpadarai said.

The 2018 Formula 1 Grand Prix of Azerbaijan will be held in Baku on 27-29 April.
