Banks’ loan portfolio has increased

September 22, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan has published the main indicators of the banking sector as of 31 August 2021.

According to the CBA, compared with July, in August the banks’ loan portfolio (loans to customers) increased by AZN 240.3 million up to AZN 15.206 bn, and net loans (target reserve external loans to cover possible loan losses) by AZN 224.3 million to AZN 13.98 bn.
