October 1, Fineko/abc.az. A videoconference-format meeting on preparations for the autumn-winter season with the participation of heads of executive bodies of the Baku districts and heads of relevant economic structures was held at the Baku Mayor’s Office.

ABC.AZ reports that speaking in a video message, Baku mayor Eldar Azizov first touched upon the problems associated with the rains that took place in Baku two days ago.

In this regard, the heads of some districts’ executive authorities and heads of some areas of the service were seriously warned about the shortcomings.

It was noted that the networks, bridges and roads collecting sewage and rainwater of Baku are on the balance sheet and in the service sector of water supplier operator Azersu and the Azerbaijan State Motor Road Agency, but are not responsible to the executive bodies and utilities.
