Azerbaijan records 2,102 new cases of Covid-19 infection

October 19, Fineko/abc.az. Over the past 24 hours 2,102 new cases of coronavirus infection (Covid-19) were detected in Azerbaijan. 863 people have recovered and 15 people died.

According to the Cabinet Ministers’ Operational Headquarters, so far Azerbaijan registered 505,554 cases of coronavirus infection. Of them, 479,675 people have recovered and 6,793 ones have died. The number of active patients is 19,086.

For the past 24 hours 12,189 tests were conducted to detect new cases of coronavirus infection. The indicator has reached totally 5,044,744 tests since the beginning of the pandemic.
