SOCAR sets up a new company

April 18, Fineko/abc.az. The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) has established a new company - SOCAR-Petrofac LLC.

The Ministry of Taxes reports that newly-established company's authorized capital will amount to AZN 100,000.

"The new company’s Supervisory Board includes Fuad Suleymanov, Khalik Mammadov, Kerim Osserian, Fisher David Trevor," the Ministry said.
