November 29, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan is expected to pass the new Law on Payment Services & Payment Systems in the near future.

ABC.AZ reports that the above-said statement was made by Zakir Nuriyev, the chairman of Association of Banks of Azerbaijan (ABA).

"Speech here is not only about non-cash payments. The creation of legal bases for the activities of organizations that carry out these payments is envisaged," he emphasized. 
In addition, according to Nuriyev, a new bill on pawnshops has been drafted in Azerbaijan, which has been submitted to the relevant governmental bodies.
