December 3, Fineko/abc.az. Citizen's residence in a rented apartment is not an obstacle to receiving targeted social assistance.

ABC.AZ reports that this was stated by the chairman of board of the State Social Protection Fund (DSMF), Gimalay Mamishov, during his speech on the program "Social Hour".

The chairman said that if a citizen properly arrange accommodation in a rented apartment, this can be taken into account even in the amount of targeted social assistance.

"It is necessary to define utility costs as the composition of the main expenditure parts of a citizen. If the electronic system cannot access this information, in this case it is impossible to consider the person's appeal."
