Bank Respublika issues bonds

December 15, Fineko/abc.az. By the decision of the Listing Committee of the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE), the bonds of Bank Respublika OJSC with total value of AZN 10 million have been included in the listing in the standard market segment. 

ABC.AZ informs that the nominal value of each bond is 1,000 manats, the number is 10,000 bonds, the annual interest rate is 8.5%, and the maturity date is once every 6 months.

The placement underwriter is investment company PASHA Capital. The bonds will be placed on 16 December by competitive auction.
The finances raised for the placement of Bank Respublika’s bonds will mainly be used to increase the bank's loan portfolio and finance other projects.
