President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady attended inauguration

January 27, Fineko/abc.az. A newly built Training and Service Complex on the initiative of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation has today been inaugurated in Bina settlement, Khazar district, Baku.

ABC.AZ reports that President Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva attended the event.
