April 27, Fineko/abc.az. The State Committee for Property Affairs of Azerbaijan continues improving the quality of services in the field of real estate registration.

The Committee reports that in this regard, the amendments have been made to Cabinet Ministers’ decision on “The procedures of acceptance, verification and issuance of documents for state registration of rights to real estate".

"Under the amendments, citizens will be able to register the right to real estate or get deed of ownership for 1 day, 3 days and 7 days. In case of necessity of inventory the documents will be given within 2 days, 5 days and 10 days. Registration of mortgage contracts will be carried out in 1 day and 2 days. Tariffs for services in accord with the new rules will be calculated in compliance with the coefficients of the Tariff (Price) Council," the SCPA said in a statement.
