An administrative protocol drawn up with respect to Khazar University

February 22, Fineko/abc.az. An administrative protocol has been drawn up for the university in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that an administrative protocol has been drawn up by the relevant authority in relation to the Khazar University under Article 192.1 (violation of labor legislation) of the Code of Administrative Offences and sent to the Nizami District Court for consideration. The case has been transferred to the proceedings of Judge Rauf Ahmadov. The time of the court session is still unknown.

For this offense, individuals are fined from 1,000 to 2,000 manats, officials - from 3,000 to 5,000 manats, legal entities - from 20,000 to 25,000 manats.
