Energy Minister: Azerbaijan ready to endorse a decision to stabilize production

Azerbaijan regards seriously all the undertaken commitments, including the ones to OPEC.

Azerbaijan's Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov has stated that a meeting of the ministers of OPEC and OPEC+ is scheduled for November.

"If we receive an invitation and get consent of the Leadership, we will participate in the meeting," the minister said.

The minister also stated that lately the situation in the oil market has stabilized that testifies about the correctness of the made decision.

"If a new decision aimed at further stabilization of the oil market is adopted, then Azerbaijan is ready to support this decision," Shahbazov said.
