Cemeteries in Azerbaijan transferred under authority of municipalities

May 23, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on the amendment to the Land Code.

Under the amendments, the territories of cemeteries have been transferred under the management of local municipalities.

Previously, those territories were run by local bodies of executive power.
