Azerbaijan has repaired 522 km of Baku - Beyuk-Kesik railroad

May 23, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan Railways (ADY) continues overhaul of railway line Baku – Beyuk-Kesik.

ADY reported about the launch of capital repairs of the 2.2 km section of the main tracks of Deller railway station.

"Repairing of this section is to finish within three days," ADY informed.

Azerbaijan Railways (ADY) and Czech company MORAVIA STEEL signed an additional agreement to the export agreement on the second stage of the project of reconstruction of Azerbaijani railway lines on 14 April 2015. The contract says about material & technical supply and overhaul of 600 km of Baku – Beyuk-Kesik railway. To date, 522 km of railroads have been repaired within the 2nd stage.
