May 6, Fineko/abc.az. The Agency for Agricultural Loans & Development (AKIA) has paid subsidies for autumn sowing to 30,715 farmers on 44,038 land plots, the monitoring of which has been completed.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Ministry of Agriculture that AZN 7,919,101 were transferred to the farmers' cards.

For the autumn sowing of 2020, 294,499 farmers received funds for more than AZN 121 million.

In total, as of 31 January over 306,000 farmers submitted e-applications for subsidies for autumn sowing. A total of 591,027 applications were accepted to the Electronic Agricultural Information System (EITIS). The total area of the declared plots is 969,205 hectares.
