September 29, Fineko/abc.az. ITALDIZAYN CJSC, which owns luxury boutiques in the center of Baku, was fined by the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that the penalty protocol drawn up under Article 430.4 of the Code of Administrative Offences against ITALDIZAYN, which is engaged in retail trade, was sent to the Narimanov District Court of Baku on 13 September 2021.

This article of the Code says about the violation of the rules of currency regulation.

Thus, for non-return from abroad of foreign currency funds paid in case of non-return of the relevant goods, works or services within the prescribed time in exchange for foreign currency funds paid in advance, a fine of 20% to 30% of the amount of foreign currency funds that have become the object of an administrative offense is imposed on legal entities.
