November 24, Fineko/abc.az. Work is underway on the construction of new dormitories of the Baku State University. In this regard, discussions are held every week on the basis of public-private partnership. 

ABC.AZ reports that Baku State University’s rector Elchin Babayev told journalists about this. Noting that the newly built dormitory for 225 people has been overhauled, the rector noted that the dormitory is provided with the necessary funds for students: “There was an unpleasant situation in the previous campus of the BSU. We have fenced off the town, and now the territory is under special protection, the access of unauthorized persons is prohibited.”
