Law on State Debt amended

December 8, Fineko/abc.az. The Law on State Debt is undergoing amendments in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ informs that if payments on the repayment of the principal amount of the state debt in Azerbaijan are ensured at the expense of the state loan raised during the current budget year, then part of these payments exceeding the expenses provided for in the State Budget for servicing the state debt this year will not be attributed to the State Budget expenditures.

This issue is reflected in the proposed additions and amendments to the Law on State Debt.
