February 16, Fineko/abc.az. By the decision of the Listing Commission on 15 February 2022, the Baku Stock Exchange included Bank Respublika’s bonds for AZN 15 million in the listing in the segment of the standard market.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the BSE that the bank’s bonds will be placed at the BSE competitive auction on 18 February 2022.

The number of interest-bearing unsecured non-documentary bonds is 15,000. The nominal value of each bond is 1,000 manats, the annual interest rate is 8.5%, the maturity of coupon interest is once every 6 months, and the circulation period is 2 years.
