July 26, Fineko/abc.az. Nine armed incidents of provocative nature were committed by Armenian armed formations over the past day, ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Ministry of Defense.

Two of them occurred as a result of firing the positions of the Azerbaijani Army in the direction of Minkend populated locality of Lachin district, from positions in the direction of Saibali settlement of Garachils district on the state border.

Another seven incidents were committed by members of an illegal Armenian armed detachment on the territory of Azerbaijan, where Russian peacekeepers are temporarily stationed, who fired the positions of the Azerbaijani Army in the Terter, Aghdam, Khojavend and Khojali districts with weapons of various calibers.

As a result of adequate response measures taken by the units of the Azerbaijani Army, the enemy was suppressed.
